Hood Cottage Cheese

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Gloves

  • Jalapeño Peppers

  • Hood Cottage Cheese with Chive

  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese



HOW TO MAKE THEM

  • Put your gloves on.

  • Slice the Jalapeño peppers in half, on the long side.

  • Deseed the Jalapeño peppers.

  • Add the Hood Cottage cheese onto the peppers.

  • Sprinkle on the cheddar cheese.

  • Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes, until the cheese is melty.

  • Before serving, let it sit for five minutes.

  • Serve and enjoy!
