THINGS YOU NEED:
Dark Chocolate Melts
Milk Chocolate Melts
White Chocolate Melts
Optional: pink or red chocolate melts
Assortment of Valentine's Day colored / themed Sprinkles
White Gift Box
Heart Stickers
Heart Hammer
Heart Shaped Pan
HOW TO MAKE IT:
Melt chocolate melts.
Once they're melted, place the melted chocolate in a heart shaped pan.
Decorate the chocolate however you like.
Let the chocolate cool in a dry area for about an hour or so.
Once it's dry, place it in a DIY-box.
Decorate the box with heart-shaped stickers.
Add the heart hammer to to the box and close it up!
