HOW TO MAKE: MEXICAN STREET CORN



THINGS YOU NEED:


  • 1 can of corn

  • 2 tablespoons of Mayo

  • 3 ounces of crumbled Cotija Cheese

  • 1/2 teaspoon Cheyenne Pepper

  • Clear plastic mini cups

  • Optional: Salt and Pepper, to taste


HOW TO MAKE IT:


  1. Drain one can of corn.

  2. Add the drained corn into a medium-sized bowl.

  3. Dollop the mayo and mix.

  4. Add the Cotija cheese and mix well.

  5. Optional: Add salt and pepper, to taste, and mix.

  6. Once it's mixed, scoop the corn into mini plastic serving cups.

  7. Sprinkle some Cheyenne pepper.

  8. Serve and enjoy!
