THINGS YOU NEED:
1 can of corn
2 tablespoons of Mayo
3 ounces of crumbled Cotija Cheese
1/2 teaspoon Cheyenne Pepper
Clear plastic mini cups
Optional: Salt and Pepper, to taste
HOW TO MAKE IT:
Drain one can of corn.
Add the drained corn into a medium-sized bowl.
Dollop the mayo and mix.
Add the Cotija cheese and mix well.
Optional: Add salt and pepper, to taste, and mix.
Once it's mixed, scoop the corn into mini plastic serving cups.
Sprinkle some Cheyenne pepper.
Serve and enjoy!
