THINGS YOU NEED:
Lollipops with different color wrappers
Cardstock in red, blue, black, yellow, green and orange
Scissors or cutting machine
Adhesive (Glue dots of double-sided tape)
Hole puncher
HOW TO MAKE IT:
Cut out shield, heart and masks in multiple color schemes.
Using a glue dot, attach the heart to the middle of the cape.
Whole punch the top of each cape.
Write "Have a SUPER V-day" on the cape.
Attach a lollipop through the hole punched hole.
